3 – 5 December 2018 in Dushanbe / Tajikistan

On the International Day for Persons with Disabilities the Second Congress gathered around 150 participants from the whole country and some foreign guests. There was a lot of interest and support by NGO´s, Embassies and medias. We hope that it will have its impact on the daily life situation of persons with disabilities all over Tajikistan.
