The congress initiative is now moving from the megacities and capitals to a village. The fourth Russian Congress will take place from 10 – 13 September 2020 in the Volga region near Samara. Kinel-Cherkassy is located about 1100 km east of Moscow and is Russia’s largest village.

200 participants from all over Russia are expected to participate. The congress aims to improve the quality of life for those living in rural areas too.
